Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jarrod Wyatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathias Verdun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Verdun has chosen Foo Fighters - Pretender as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mathias Verdun is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyatt goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Wyatt misses with a body kick.
Wyatt throws a head kick that Verdun semi-blocks.
Wyatt dips to his left and cracks Verdun with an uppercut!
Verdun on the wrong end of a nice jab.

It looks like Mathias Verdun has been cut.
Wyatt comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jarrod Wyatt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wyatt misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wyatt turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Verdun shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wyatt but Wyatt pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Wyatt throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Verdun takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Verdun looks gassed!
Wyatt fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Wyatt lands a front kick.
Verdun chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wyatt can pounce on him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wyatt dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Verdun. That did some damage!
A slapping leg kick lands for Wyatt.
Jarrod Wyatt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wyatt feints and then cracks Verdun's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Verdun down.
Wyatt scores with a nice strike.
Verdun has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Wyatt.
Wyatt digs a good body shot into Verdun's ribs.

Wyatt closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Wyatt lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Wyatt scores with a spinning back kick!
Wyatt's jab looks to have found its range, popping Verdun under the eye.
Wyatt scores with a kick to the body.
Wyatt scores with a head kick. Verdun tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Wyatt lands with a kick to the temple. Verdun shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Verdun is rocked!

That has opened up Mathias Verdun's cut even more.
Wyatt lands a nice hook to Verdun's body. Verdun takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wyatt's jab looks to have found its range, popping Verdun under the eye.
Verdun is still on wobbly legs! Can Wyatt finish him?

Verdun drops his hands momentarily. Wyatt doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Verdun staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Verdun doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
