Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jyrska Velmu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pekka Punahilkka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Velmu comes to the ring accompanied by UFO - Doctor Doctor. Punahilkka is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mäihä Show feat. Punahilkka. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velmu shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Punahilkka pinned against the ropes. Punahilkka gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Velmu bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Punahilkka's guard.

Punahilkka has his foot on Velmu's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Velmu works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Punahilkka cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
