Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ferdinand Magellan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Alvas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magellan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Both fighters circling a little - Alvas finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Alvas bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Magellan's head.
Magellan checks the leg kick nicely there.
Magellan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Magellan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A chopping leg kick lands by Alvas.
Alvas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Alvas scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
That kick from Alvas tenderised Magellan's leg. Magellan is trying to keep his angry face on.
A solid leg kick lands there for Alvas.
Alvas misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Anderson Alvas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good leg kick by Alvas there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Magellan gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Alvas.

Magellan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Alvas was covering up waiting for the punch and Magellan finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Magellan thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Magellan drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Magellan as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Alvas screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Magellan! Nice submission victory there!
