The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edvards's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lucas connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Edvards scrambles back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Edvards will probably get the nod.

Lucas ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Lucas no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Edvards is sitting in close to Lucas's body. Lucas has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Edvards is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Edvards is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Lucas.
