The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Havic misses with a hook.
Havic rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zrilic moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Zrilic throws a series of punches but Havic avoids them all with ease.
Havic listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Havic throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Zrilic counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Havic is working for takedown but Zrilic is calmly controlling the position for now.
Havic gets underhooks to prevent Zrilic's takedown attempt.
Zrilic has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Havic is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Zrilic is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Kazual Havic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Davor Zrilic.
Zrilic wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Havic has him pressed against the cage.

Zrilic tries to stand but Havic is controlling from the bottom.
Havic is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Havic has his foot on Zrilic's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Zrilic works his way back into a safe position though.

Havic tries to roll over but Zrilic keeps him under control.

Zrilic stops Havic from getting back to his feet.

Havic is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Zrilic pulls his head out easily.

Zrilic wants to pass the guard but Havic is keeping the position.

Zrilic drops back looking for a leg! Havic is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Havic manages to kick Zrilic off! Zrilic jumps back into Havic's guard.
