Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damian Kaia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viktor Holte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Viktor Holte looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Holte looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kaia clinches with his opponent.
The referee calls for Holte to work.
Holte tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kaia smiles and moves away.

Kaia shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Holte throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Holte not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kaia tries to free his leg and advance position but Holte is retaining full guard.
Holte keeping moving, preventing Kaia from controlling successfully.

Kaia is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Holte wants to stand but Kaia is controlling the position.

Kaia works over Holte with some ground and pound from guard.
Kaia is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Kaia pushes down on Holte's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Kaia is working for a kimura but Holte is defending it quite comfortably.
Kaia is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Kaia slips a nice elbow through Holte's hands, connecting with Holte's forehead.

Kaia seems to be working for a kimura but Holte defends the submission attempt.

Kaia is trying to control the action in half guard but Holte is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Kaia looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Kaia drops an elbow to the side of Holte's head.
Kaia moves nicely into side control.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Kaia works to advance to full mount. Holte defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Holte tries to lock up and control but Kaia gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Holte is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Kaia is staying active.
Kaia trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Kaia takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Kaia avoids the attempt from Holte to control.
Holte is working to get back to half guard.
Kaia raining down shots from the mount!
Kaia lands a heavy elbow.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Kaia working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Holte turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Kaia off and cradles Holte's limp body as Kaia celebrates with his corner.
