Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Munoz wants to stand but Dragonez has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Munoz stands up and waves to Dragonez to follow him.
Dragonez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Munoz's waist but Munoz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dragonez off to one side.
Dragonez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Munoz is fending him off so far but Dragonez persists. Nope, Munoz circles away and we're back to standing.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Dragonez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Munoz stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Dragonez has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Munoz manages to get his head free but now Dragonez has transitioned to an armbar! Munoz grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Dragonez! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
