Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Barton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monty Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Monty Reynolds will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Barton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Reynolds swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Reynolds shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Barton but Barton pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Reynolds shoots in looking for a takedown. Barton tries to sprawl out of it but Reynolds keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Barton wants the takedown. Reynolds is fighting it off but Barton persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Reynolds's guard against the cage.
Barton sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Reynolds's guard.

Reynolds has left one of his arms exposed and Barton doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Reynolds screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
