Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Hoss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guzman has chosen La Cucaracha as his entrance music. Guzman has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Chris Guzman is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoss moves to clinch but Guzman breaks away
and Guzman counters with a left to the body.

and Guzman makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

It looks like Chris Guzman has been cut.
Guzman keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

We're going to have a standup here because Jimmy Hoss wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Jimmy Hoss is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Hoss looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
