Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnes on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Duxx throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Barnes counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Duxx takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
A combination from Duxx does no damage.
Duxx lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Barnes circles away quickly and effectively.
Duxx bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Barnes's head.
Duxx stuffs the takedown attempt from Barnes. Barnes gets slowly back to his feet.
Duxx throws the kick towards the body but Barnes avoids it.
Barnes scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Duxx doesn't seem bothered though.

Barnes shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Barnes has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Barnes misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Duxx can't escape the position.

Barnes unloads with some shots from mount but Duxx bucks and avoids them well.

Barnes is working for a guillotine from mount but Duxx frees his head quite easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Duxx tries to lock up and control but Barnes gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Duxx wants to get back to his feet.
Barnes prevents Duxx from getting the reversal.

Barnes working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
