Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malik Muhammad Shabazz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirill Kolushev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muhammad Shabazz comes into the arena with Schoolly D - Am I Black Enough For You blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Kirill Kolushev was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kolushev manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Muhammad Shabazz on his heels. He'll look to pass Muhammad Shabazz's guard now, I'm sure.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Muhammad Shabazz is on top in guard.

Muhammad Shabazz wants to control from the top but Kolushev keeps moving.
Muhammad Shabazz thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

It looks like Kirill Kolushev has been cut.
Muhammad Shabazz has gone for a leg lock! Kolushev slips out almost immediately though and dives into Muhammad Shabazz's guard.
Kolushev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Muhammad Shabazz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Muhammad Shabazz is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Kolushev frees his head nicely. Oh but Muhammad Shabazz has switched to an armbar! Kolushev is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
