The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matrix moves away from the strike by Long.
Matrix misses with a kick to the body
and Long makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Matrix really felt that one!
Matrix moves into the clinch.
Matrix lands a hook that snaps the head of Long backwards.
Long takes a shot to the head.
Long is rocked!
Matrix is struggling to control the position.
Long is still on wobbly legs! Can Matrix finish him?
A right hook to the body lands for Matrix.
Long pushes off an throws an elbow but Matrix leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Long misses with a hook from the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Matrix presses Long against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Long seems to have recovered his senses.
Long swings wildly with an uppercut but Matrix uses good head movement to avoid it.
Matrix creates a little bit of space and unloads with a massive uppercut! Long drops to the mat, out cold! Wow, that was brutal! What a knockout!
