Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Frank E (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emanuel Augustus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emanuel Augustus will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
E shoots for a double leg takedown but Augustus sprawls well. He's pushed E's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Augustus misses with a jab, cross combination.
E showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Augustus.
Augustus keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Augustus swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Emanuel Augustus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

No joy there for Augustus, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

E looks to land a left hand but Augustus moved out of range nicely.
E looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Augustus is fending him off so far but E persists. Nope, Augustus circles away and we're back to standing.
