Alakazam had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Wayne is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Alakazam Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Wayne's back instead.
Wayne is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
