Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Fortune Cookie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cliff Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cookie comes to the cage accompanied by c is for cookie. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Harris looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Harris tries a head kick but it misses.
Harris lands a leg kick that knocks Cookie off balance momentarily.
Cookie leaves Harris with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

A solid body kick from Harris.
Harris throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A solid leg kick lands there for Harris.
Harris scores with a head kick. Cookie tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Cookie sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

and Harris counters with a good, hard body kick but Cookie shrugs it off.
Harris tried to score with a low kick but Cookie checks it.
Cookie stuffs the takedown attempt from Harris. Harris gets slowly back to his feet.

Harris connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Cookie's hands.
Harris avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Harris shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cookie but Cookie pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fortune Cookie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cliff Harris.

Harris fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cookie sprawls well initially but Harris persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Cookie is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Harris has just dragged him back down to the mat.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Harris is on top in guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Harris wants to control from the top but Cookie keeps moving.
Cookie wants to stand and escape but Harris is having none of it.

Harris stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cookie swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Cliff Harris wasn't active enough on the ground.

and Cookie counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Cookie.
Harris stalling in the clinch but Cookie improves position.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Harris has Cookie pressed against the cage, preventing Cookie from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Harris lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

It looks like Fortune Cookie has been cut.
Cookie goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Harris is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Cookie is keeping busy.

Harris breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cookie fails to land with a series of punches.
Cookie throws a right hand that misses
and Harris counters with a flying knee. Nice.
A slapping leg kick lands for Harris.
Cookie tries to clinch there but Harris circles away.
Harris throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cookie stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Harris tries to land a front kick but Cookie steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Cookie counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Harris's guard now.
Harris pulls Cookie in close to his closed guard and prevents Cookie from doing any damage or advancing position.
Harris wants to sweep here but Cookie controlling him for the moment.

A close second round but Cliff Harris will probably get the nod - 10:9.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Harris feints and then cracks Cookie's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cookie down.

Cookie walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Harris checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Cookie lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Harris at a distance.

Cookie throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Harris on the side of the head.

Cookie closes the distance and clinches.
Cookie goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Harris manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cookie manages to get himself to full guard.
