Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryo Fukuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Tonq (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryo Fukuda is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryo Fukuda!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Terry Tonq!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tonq swings widly with a right hand

and Fukuda moves into the clinch.
Fukuda misses with a punch on the inside.
Fukuda keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tonq's efforts to push away.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fukuda creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Tonq breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fukuda tries to clinch but Tonq moves away
and Tonq counters with a series of strikes. Fukuda will be more careful next time no doubt.
Fukuda darts in trying to clinch
and Tonq counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Fukuda thinking.
Terry Tonq seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fukuda closes the distance but Tonq moves to the side
and Tonq counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Ryo Fukuda has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Fukuda fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tonq, pushing him back against the cage.

Tonq breaks from the clinch.
Tonq missing with a left hand there. Fukuda was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Fukuda shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Fukuda closes the distance but Tonq moves to the side
and Tonq connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

A jab from Tonq misses.
Fukuda wants to clinch but Tonq slips to the side
letting Tonq counter with a right hand.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Fukuda closes the distance but Tonq moves to the side
and Tonq counters with a nice uppercut.
Decent striking displayed by Tonq there.
Fukuda tries to clinch

and Tonq counters with a crisp one two that drops Fukuda! Tonq thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Fukuda to his feet! Fukuda is in big trouble!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
