Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camas is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Franks.

It looks like Owen Camas has been cut.
Franks shoots and misses

and Camas counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Franks wants to get back to his feet.
Franks is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Camas is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Camas has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

We're going to have a standup here because Owen Camas wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
The fighters circle momentarily. Camas darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Franks will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Camas closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Franks to the mat! Franks manages to get full guard.

Camas gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Camas throws a head kick that half lands.
Franks misses with a takedown

Franks is trying to stand.
Franks looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Franks pushes Camas off but Camas dives into side control.
Camas cracks Franks with a big right hand but Franks just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Franks gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Camas looking to isolate an arm here. Franks doesn't see it coming and as Camas extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Camas!
