Liddel's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, BOOM. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddel slips a jab and a cross from Stoney.
Stoney throws a lazy uppercut
and Liddel counters with a leg kick.
Liddel moves out of range of the strikes.
Nice straight punches there by Stoney. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Stoney.
Liddel checks a leg kick nicely.

Liddel misses the shot to the body.
Stoney jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Liddel swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Stoney tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Liddel was well out of range. Poor timing from Stoney.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Stoney throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Stoney misses with a body shot.
Stoney throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Liddel throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Liddel throws a head kick that misses.
Stoney moves out of range as Liddel throws a body kick.
Stoney walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Liddel checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
An inside leg kick lands from Liddel.

Stoney bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Liddel's head.
Liddel thows a leg kick but Stoney checks it
and Stoney counters with a stiff right hand.
Liddel throws a leg kick but Stoney sees it coming and moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stoney throws a body punch but Liddel moves out of range.
Liddel throws a quick inside leg kick.
Stoney throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stoney lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

A looping hook to the body misses from Stoney. Liddel does a little dance to reset his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Stoney takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Stoney throws a right hand that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Stoney just misses with a punch to the body.
Liddel misses with an attempted mid kick.

Stoney throws a looping overhand right but Liddel ducks down to avoid it.
Stoney tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Stoney throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Liddel lands an overhand right.
Liddel throws a solid leg kick but Stoney takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Liddel.

and Liddel counters with a solid body kick.
Stoney misses with a wild body shot.

Stoney throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Liddel counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Stoney! This one is all over!
