Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daniel One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lo Hung Sak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniel One is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Daniel One!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Lo Hung Sak!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
One shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sak as he jumps to the side.

One bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Sak is looking for a sweep.
One misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

One is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sak is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Sak is looking to reverse the position.

One is trying to get an arm triangle but Sak is defending well.
Sak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with One. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

One tries for a kimura but Sak is defending well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
One wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sak keeps working.
Sak manages to get back to half guard.
Sak is trying to stand back up but One is controlling him

Sak is in trouble now - One has advanced to mount!
One throwing strikes here but Sak is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sak tries to lock up and control but One gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

One looking for a guillotine from mount but Sak is having none of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sak is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

One working for a submission but Sak is keeping him at bay.

One has hold of Sak's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sak manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
One thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

One goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Sak is on top in guard.
Sak wanted to stand there but One had control of the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
One looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
One pulls Sak in to control the position.
Sak tries to stand but One is controlling from the bottom.
One keeping moving, preventing Sak from controlling successfully.
One controls Sak momentarily but Sak frees himself.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
One changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sak tries to avoid it but One manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sak to the ground. Sak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
One tries for a takedown but Sak circles away easily
and Sak counters with a good, hard body kick but One shrugs it off.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel One. That's going to take a lot out of him.
One is breathing heavily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sak throws a half hearted mid kick.
Sak lands with a nice body punch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Sak misses with a head kick.
Sak throws the kick towards the body but One avoids it.
Sak lands a leg kick that knocks One off balance momentarily.
Sak dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on One. That did some damage!
One on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A slapping leg kick lands for Sak.
Sak goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sak throws a leg kick which misses One's front leg but catches the back leg as One tries to avoid it.
Sak scores with a leg kick.
One takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Sak scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lo Hung Sak dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sak lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Sak turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sak, right into the meat.
Lo Hung Sak seems to be getting the better of the standup.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sak tries to clinch up but One circles away and keeps his distance.

Daniel One is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Sak throws a head kick but One moves out of range.
Sak misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
One moves out of range of the body kick.
One avoids the head kick by Sak.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
One shoots in looking for a takedown but Sak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing One's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
One with a poor takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sak with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Sak connects with a leg kick. One looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
One blocks the body kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sak.
Sak has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Sak cracks One with a right hand to the side of the head.

Sak fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and One has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Sak lands with a nice body kick.
One avoids the body shot from Sak.
One shoots in looking for a takedown but Sak manages to keep the fight standing, pushing One's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Sak explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

One shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sak but Sak pushes him off and we're back to square one.
One has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Sak.

Good leg kick by Sak there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

It looks like Daniel One has been cut.
Look low, kick high! Sak uses the oldest trick in the book to send One tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Sak is absolutely delighted - when One wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
