Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Donte Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davey Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davey Knox is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Donte Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Davey Knox!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith with a poor takedown
and Knox counters with a shoot takedown. Smith fights it but they end up in guard.
Knox distracts Smith with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Smith has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Knox has passed into side control.
Knox scoring with punches from side control.
Smith tries to buck Knox off but Knox is having none of it.
Knox scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Smith to see if he's OK.
Knox lands some shots froms side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Smith gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Knox working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Smith is rocked!
Knox is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Oh Smith is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Knox lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Smith quite badly. Smith pulls Knox in close trying to recover. Knox postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Smith on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Smith doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Davey Knox!
