Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Davis misses.

and Davis counters with an outside leg kick.
Tanner misses with a body punch
and Davis cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Davis counters with a good, hard body kick but Tanner shrugs it off.
Davis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tanner paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Davis counters with a nice body shot.

Danny Tanner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A lazy left from Tanner finds it's target.
Tanner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tanner crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Davis - the referee stops the clock and Tanner gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Davis. Tanner manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Tanner is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Davis's half guard.

Tanner chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Davis can pounce on him.
Tanner dives in and grabs Davis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Davis pushes down on Tanner's head and hops out.
Tanner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Davis pinned against the cage. Davis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Davis makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
