Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Djimon Mahama!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, George Bradley!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bradley drives through and clinches with Mahama against the cage.
Mahama tries for a takedown but Bradley manages to get underhooks.
Mahama jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bradley walks away with a smile on his face. Mahama gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mahama wants to clinch but Bradley slips to the side
and Bradley makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Nice takedown defense from Bradley. No joy for Mahama on that attempt.

and Bradley counters by moving into the clinch.
Mahama tries to score a body lock takedown but Bradley shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Mahama is fighting off a takedown attempt but Bradley is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mahama to the mat. Mahama regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Mahama had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bradley defends it easily.

Bradley jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Mahama manages to avoid the submission attempt.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mahama drops back looking for a leg! Bradley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bradley manages to kick Mahama off! Mahama jumps back into Bradley's guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bradley looking for a sweep. Not yet Bradley, not yet.
Bradley wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Mahama is now in half guard.
Bradley tries to get to full guard but Mahama has control of the leg.

Mahama is working for a kimura but Bradley is defending it quite comfortably.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Mahama wants to control but Bradley is keeping him busy.

Bradley has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mahama is working away from the top position though.
Mahama is pressing down on Bradley's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bradley is holding on for now.

Mahama is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Bradley tries to get to full guard but Mahama has control of the leg.

Bradley tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Mahama presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bradley is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Mahama is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Bradley gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Mahama wants to break the clinch but can't.

Bradley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mahama shoots in for a takedown but Bradley shows good takedown defense.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Djimon Mahama will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Bradley tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mahama knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Bradley with the ground and pound but Mahama uses the opportunity to regain guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Bradley wants to control from the top but Mahama keeps moving.

Mahama has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Bradley should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Mahama has tightened it up now! Bradley should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
