The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helling fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kraken manages to avoid it.
Kraken connects with a nice looking jab.
Helling moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Helling swings for the body but Kraken moves out of range.
Helling throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Kraken closes the distance and clinches.
Helling is looking to break free of the clinch but Kraken has double underhooks.
Helling tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kraken's elbow.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Kraken tries to work over Helling's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Helling is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes.
Kraken has Helling pressed against the ropes, preventing Helling from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Helling is trying to push Kraken away but Kraken has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Kraken lands a hook to the side of the head.

Kraken is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Helling doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kraken.

Kraken works his foot free and advances to mount.
Kraken has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Kraken throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Helling because Kraken loaded up on that one.

Kraken has hold of Helling's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Helling manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
