Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mick Trout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Machinator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machinator comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Linkin Park- One Step Closer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mick Trout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ryan Machinator!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trout shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Machinator counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Crunch! Machinator slams his shin into Trout's torso.
Machinator scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Ryan Machinator seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Trout avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Machinator tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Trout paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Machinator tries to bum rush Trout with a series of wild strikes but Trout uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Trout throws a head kick that misses
and Machinator counters with a left and a right that stings Trout.
Trout swats away the attempt to clinch by Machinator.
Trout has a takedown stuffed.
Machinator is looking to slow Trout down with leg kicks.
Machinator tries to close the distance and clinch up but Trout swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Machinator falls off balance throwing a combination
and Trout makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Machinator, right into the meat.
Trout tries for a takedown but Machinator circles away easily
and Machinator counters with a head kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mick Trout. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Machinator counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Machinator tries to close the distance and clinch up but Trout swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Trout counters with a nice double leg into side control. Machinator won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Trout working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Machinator is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Trout asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Trout sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Machinator is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Machinator is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Machinator avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Trout.

Trout has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Machinator is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Trout yanks on the arm and Machinator is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Trout.
