Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tanner Short (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bradshaw with a poor takedown

and Short counters with a single leg into guard. Bradshaw didn't expect that.
Short trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Short might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Short trying to control the position from guard on top but Bradshaw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bradshaw tries to buck Short off but Short is having none of it.

Short looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Short tries to get to his feet but Bradshaw is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Short in his guard.
Bradshaw seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Short would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bradshaw can do anything to dispel that myth.

Short takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Bradshaw's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
