Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iov Fedorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Salazaar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fedorov comes into the arena with Era - enae Volare Mezzo blaring out of the sound system. Salazaar comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ton of Bricks kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fedorov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Salazaar counters with a nice double leg into side control. Fedorov won't be happy with that.
Fedorov is letting Salazaar control him for a moment.

Salazaar in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Fedorov dodges the ground and pound from Salazaar.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Fedorov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Salazaar wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Fedorov seems a little lost for a moment, as Salazaar dominates the positioning.
Fedorov wants to get back to his feet.
An elbow from Salazaar crashes against the mat.

Salazaar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fedorov keeps working.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Salazaar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Salazaar lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Fedorov takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Fedorov is in a horrible position here. Salazaar smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Fedorov is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Salazaar moves to the back position.
Fedorov trying to control the action but Salazaar just sinks the hooks in.
Fedorov is taking damage to the body and head.
Fedorov looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Salazaar has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Fedorov.
Fedorov is breathing heavily.
Salazaar is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Fedorov is defending well though. Salazaar let's go of the attempt for now.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Salazaar is looking to control Fedorov but Fedorov is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Fedorov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Salazaar on the ground.

Fedorov wants to escape the position.
Fedorov is trying to stand back up.
Salazaar is landing with strikes. Fedorov can't take much more of this.
Salazaar has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Fedorov's body.
Salazaar scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Fedorov is looking for a way out.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Salazaar is persistently looking for the submission but Fedorov is defending it well.
