Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kendric Dalton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kateen Veto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dalton comes to the cage accompanied by Senor. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kateen Veto!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Edson Gomes and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dalton looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Dalton missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Veto doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Veto not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dalton tries to free his leg and advance position but Veto is retaining full guard.
Dalton trying to control but Veto is working from the bottom.
Dalton drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Veto manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dalton has Veto in his guard.
Veto must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dalton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Veto gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Veto won't allow Dalton to sweep him here.
Dalton might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Dalton utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Veto slips nicely into half guard.
Veto is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Veto got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dalton has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Veto has managed to get both his arms back between Dalton's legs - danger averted.

Dalton bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Veto's guard.

Dalton has gone for a leg lock! Veto slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dalton's guard.
Veto postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dalton working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Veto doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Veto manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Dalton has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Veto should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Dalton has tightened it up now! Veto should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
