Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Helio Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dyne Yevon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yevon has chosen Ayreon - Age of Shadows as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie takes a jab right on the kisser.
Yevon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dyne Yevon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yevon cracks Gracie with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Yevon has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gracie to stand back up!

and Gracie counters with a shoot takedown. Yevon fights it but they end up in guard.

Gracie has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
