Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fei Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alan Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Fei Wong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alan Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson looks to clinch

and Wong counters with a single leg into guard. Jackson didn't expect that.

Jackson is looking for a triangle here but Wong uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Jackson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Wong's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Wong throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Jackson wants to get back to full guard.
Wong is keen to just control but Jackson is a slippery customer.

Jackson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Jackson will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Wong wants to stand up but Jackson has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Wong seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Jackson is looking for a sweep. Wong is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Wong moves nicely into side control.
Wong wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jackson keeps working.
Jackson strikes from the bottom but Wong takes advantage and advances to full mount!
Jackson looks gassed!
Jackson is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jackson sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Wong looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Wong knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackson on the ground.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Wong seems to be working for a kimura but Jackson defends the submission attempt.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Wong takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Jackson throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Jackson wants to get back to full guard.
Wong looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Fei Wong has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Wong has closed the distance and engaged Jackson in a clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fei Wong dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

and Wong counters with a single leg into guard. Jackson didn't expect that.

Jackson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wong manages to get himself to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jackson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Wong manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jackson has Wong in his guard.

Jackson doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Wong is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Wong has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Wong drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wong jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jackson is working to avoid the ground and pound but Wong connects with a decent elbow.

Wong stands up.

Wong feints and as Jackson raises his hands in defense, Wong changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Jackson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Fei Wong overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Wong wants to control but Jackson is having none of it.
Jackson lands a heavy elbow.

Jackson goes for an armbar but Wong turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Wong.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Jackson tries to get to full guard but Wong has control of the leg.

Wong has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Jackson tries to escape the position.
Wong lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Jackson hold on?!
Wong lands strikes to the head.

Wong is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Jackson is really stuck here.
Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Jackson is trying to stand back up.
Wong slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Jackson breaks Wong's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Jackson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Wong wants to get back to full guard.
Wong tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Jackson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Jackson is trying to control the action in half guard but Wong is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Alan Jackson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Fei Wong is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Wong is defending against the submission attempts here by Jackson.

And that's the end of the fight!
Fei Wong showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wong, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
