Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Romeo McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolai Tchersov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Tchersov or perhaps it was just good defense by McLovin which made him look bad.
McLovin misses with a wild combination.
The fighters circling - McLovin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

McLovin gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

McLovin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tchersov is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. McLovin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tchersov's back instead.
Tchersov manages to reverse the position and now he's in McLovin's guard. Nice work there by Tchersov.

McLovin is trying to get back to full guard.
McLovin is trying to stand back up but Tchersov is controlling him
McLovin gets back to full guard.

Tchersov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McLovin swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tchersov is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Tchersov drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and McLovin dives on top into guard.

Tchersov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McLovin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McLovin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Tchersov wants to sweep but no luck.
McLovin passes into half guard.

McLovin is looking for a kimura here.

McLovin is looking for a kimura but Tchersov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for McLovin to get the leverage.

McLovin is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tchersov is just riding it out for now. McLovin eventually gives up the hold.

Tchersov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McLovin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
McLovin tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tchersov knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Tchersov is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but McLovin pulls his head out easily.
McLovin tries to pass to full mount but Tchersov defends it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Tchersov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Tchersov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and McLovin defends it well.

Tchersov has isolated one of McLovin's arms. McLovin looking to fight him off but Tchersov twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
