Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenpo stuffs the takedown attempt from Aukko. Aukko gets slowly back to his feet.

Kenpo has his foot on Aukko's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Aukko works his way back into a safe position though.

Kenpo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kenpo had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Aukko is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kenpo Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Aukko's back instead.
Kenpo doesn't have the hooks in and Aukko manages to turn into his guard.

Kenpo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Aukko can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kenpo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Aukko doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Aukko manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Aukko has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Kenpo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Aukko is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Kenpo pulls down on the head and he's put Aukko to sleep! This one is all over!
