Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gary Foulger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaa Panom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Panom is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Macho Man - Perfect Friend. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panom misses with a shot to the body
and Foulger counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Foulger on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Panom thows a body shot but no joy.
Foulger slips under a jab.

and Foulger counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Panom uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Foulger.
Foulger takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Foulger jabs Panom to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Foulger cracks Panom with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Foulger jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Foulger misses the shot to the body.
Panom uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Foulger.
Foulger scores with a shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Panom looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Foulger throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Foulger punishes Panom's body with a nice straight punch.
Foulger has taken the fight to the clinch.

Foulger ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Foulger no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Foulger is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Foulger working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Panom doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Foulger is tightening it up a little... Panom has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Panom reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Panom taps out! nice BJJ there by Foulger!
