Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lucian Rodrigues!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigues moves in looking to clinch but Ferreira pushes him off.
Ferreira lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Rodrigues wants to clinch up but Ferreira keeps it at a distance.
Rodrigues fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Rodrigues tries to move into range but Ferreira moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ferreira connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Rodrigues tumbling to the canvas! Ferreira pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Rodrigues was done - good stoppage!
