Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arga Buarga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petr Petrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Petrov has chosen Richard Cheese: People Equals Shit as his entrance music. Arga Buarga has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buarga rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Petrov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Buarga thinking.
Petrov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Buarga was well out of range. Poor timing from Petrov.
Buarga throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Petrov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Buarga looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Petrov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Buarga swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Petrov lands a lovely overhand right.
Buarga steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Petrov.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Arga Buarga will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Petrov tries to clinch up but Buarga circles away and keeps his distance.
Buarga throws a poor cross that misses
and Petrov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Buarga throws a lazy uppercut
and Petrov counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Petrov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Petrov tries to close the distance and clinch but Buarga swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Buarga throws a poor cross that misses
and Petrov counters by moving into the clinch.
Petrov misses with a hook from the clinch.
Buarga has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Petrov uses from the top position.
Petrov is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Buarga has his foot on Petrov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Petrov works his way back into a safe position though.

Buarga is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Petrov trying to control the position from guard on top but Buarga is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Petrov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Buarga swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Buarga working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Petrov doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Petrov manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Buarga is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Petrov defends well.

Petrov slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Petrov goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Buarga rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Petrov's guard! Nice work there by Buarga!
Petrov looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Petrov is looking to sweep but instead, Buarga has passed into half guard.

Petrov is refusing to be controlled, as Buarga sits in half guard.
Buarga looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Petrov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Buarga wants to take a breather but Petrov is having none of it.
Buarga is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Petrov is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Buarga is looking to advance position but Petrov won't allow it.
Petrov tries to roll over but Buarga keeps him under control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Petr Petrov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Buarga throws a nice looking combination but Petrov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Buarga uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Petrov.

Petrov moves in looking to clinch but Buarga pushes him off.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Petr Petrov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Petrov has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
