Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drake Bradstone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Richmond!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bradstone tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bradstone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Richmond swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bradstone with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Richmond to score with a decent uppercut.
Bradstone shoots in but Richmond avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bradstone tries for a takedown but Richmond sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Richmond throws a looping overhand right but Bradstone ducks down to avoid it.

Bradstone cracks Richmond with a solid left hand.
Richmond keeping moving, preventing Bradstone from controlling successfully.

Richmond keeping full guard, as Bradstone tries to pass.
Bradstone sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Richmond's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Richmond holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Richmond is looking to improve his position.

Bradstone is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bradstone looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Richmond with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Richmond is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Bradstone in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Richmond tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Bradstone!
