Robles has chosen Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Theme Song as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Aj Robles is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Anderson scores with a couple of short elbows.
Robles avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Anderson.

Anderson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Anderson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Anderson grinds an elbow into Robles's temple.

Anderson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Robles knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Anderson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Robles, who protects the arm well.

Anderson stands up and beckons Robles to his feet.
Anderson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Robles throws a nice looking combination but Anderson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Anderson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Robles is just riding it out for now. Anderson eventually gives up the hold.

Anderson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Robles sees it coming and defends easily.
Robles is trying to stand.

Anderson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Robles is trying to get back to full guard.

Anderson wants to work for an arm triangle but Robles is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Anderson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Anderson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Anderson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Robles defend it? Anderson steps over the head and cranks it - Robles is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Anderson!
