Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kamil Sadlos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, George Asdington!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sadlos closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Asdington's guard.
Asdington is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Sadlos tries to stand but Asdington is controlling from the bottom.
Sadlos prevents Asdington from getting back to his feet.
Sadlos wanted to stand there but Asdington had control of the position.
Asdington wants to stand up but Sadlos is controlling him.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Asdington has eaten all the pies!
Asdington has a closed guard, preventing Sadlos from standing up.

Asdington is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Sadlos defends well.

Sadlos is looking to stand up but Asdington won't let him.
Sadlos knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Asdington on the ground.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Asdington wants to stand and escape but Sadlos is having none of it.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Asdington gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Sadlos throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Asdington tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sadlos is in Asdington's guard.

Sadlos fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Asdington sprawls well initially but Sadlos persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Sadlos is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Asdington manages to get to full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Sadlos throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Asdington was covering up waiting for the punch and Sadlos finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Sadlos wants to stand and escape but instead Asdington has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Asdington thows a big elbow that misses.

Asdington drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Asdington jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Asdington wants to get up but he can't break Sadlos's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Sadlos on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sadlos tries to get out of the position.
Sadlos wants to stand but Asdington is controlling the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Asdington stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sadlos swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Asdington throwing strikes from guard but Sadlos blocks nicely.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Asdington tries to free his leg and advance position but Sadlos is retaining full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
