The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jesse misses with a hook. Payne ducked under it nicely.
Corey Payne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Payne tries for a takedown but Jesse circles away easily
and Jesse counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Corey Payne has been cut.
Payne rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jesse moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
