The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
StPierre ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
StPierre throws a good cross that connects.

StPierre uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kopylov.

Kopylov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

StPierre feints and then cracks Kopylov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kopylov down.

and Kopylov counters with a series of strikes that sends StPierre to the canvas! Kopylov follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

Kopylov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing StPierre to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kopylov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - StPierre pulls down on the head and he's put Kopylov to sleep! This one is all over!
