Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ingvar Slagpaase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dustin Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Douglas has chosen Douglas Song as his entrance music. Slagpaase has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Dustin Douglas is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slagpaase gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Douglas softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Slagpaase is breathing heavily.
A short body shot lands from Douglas as the two fighters clinch.
Douglas is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Douglas breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ingvar Slagpaase seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Douglas ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Douglas swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Slagpaase.
It looks like Ingvar Slagpaase has been cut.
Douglas connects with a crisp jab.
Douglas throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Nice uppercut there from Douglas.
Douglas throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Douglas feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Slagpaase sprawling to the canvas! Slagpaase rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Douglas finish him?!
Slagpaase is rocked!
Douglas lets loose with a powerful body kick. Slagpaase will feel that in the morning.
Douglas throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jab, jab by Douglas - just one landing.
Douglas cracks Slagpaase with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Douglas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Slagpaase to stand back up!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Douglas.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Douglas cracks Slagpaase with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Douglas has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Slagpaase to stand back up!
Oh Slagpaase is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Douglas lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dustin Douglas!
