Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Djimon Mahama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Razor Rockefeller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rockefeller has chosen We Will Rock You as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mahama feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Mahama throwing strikes but missing.
Rockefeller working for a triangle but Mahama defends it easily.
Rockefeller is looking for a triangle but Mahama pushes his legs off easily.
Mahama preventing the sweep.
Mahama wants to control from the top but Rockefeller keeps moving.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Rockefeller is on top in guard.
Rockefeller slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Rockefeller swings around for an armbar but Mahama sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Rockefeller's guard.

Rockefeller had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mahama defends it easily.
Rockefeller looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Mahama wants to control from the top but Rockefeller keeps moving.
Mahama tries to stand but Rockefeller is controlling from the bottom.
Rockefeller is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Rockefeller drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rockefeller jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Rockefeller makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mahama is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Mahama is breathing heavily.
Mahama is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Rockefeller pushes down on Mahama's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Mahama tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Rockefeller has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Rockefeller has isolated one of Mahama's arms. Mahama looking to fight him off but Rockefeller twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
