The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leite throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ponjooby counters with a nice body shot.
Leite misses with a double jab
and Leite takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Leite swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ponjooby counters with a nice body shot.
Ponjooby is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Leite.

It looks like Pedro Ponjooby has been cut.
Leite takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Nice body punch from Ponjooby.
Leite is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Leite throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ponjooby counters with a left to the body.
Ponjooby scores with a shot to the body.
Leite moves forwards but Ponjooby connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Leite on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Ponjooby stuns Leite with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Leite doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Miguel Leite seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ponjooby throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Leite on the side of the head.

Leite is rocked!
Ponjooby throws an uppercut from hell that sends Leite clean off his feet! He's out cold! Ponjooby stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
