Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Bach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Abbles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bach closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Abbles to the mat! Abbles manages to get full guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bach tries to reverse the position but Abbles maintains control.

Joe Abbles showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Abbles shoots in for a takedown but Bach shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Well Abbles has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
