The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Lesnar takes a swing at Scott's ribcage but misses.
Scott moves out of range as Lesnar strikes.

Scott has closed the distance and engaged Lesnar in a clinch.

Scott changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lesnar fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Lesnar could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Lesnar stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Lesnar works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Lesnar closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Scott! Lesnar dives in looking to finish! Scott is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
