The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ico cracks a nice hook into DeNiro's ribs.

DeNiro seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ico does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

DeNiro is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ico is just riding it out for now. DeNiro eventually gives up the hold.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Ico swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Mex Ico is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ico throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
DeNiro tries to clinch up but Ico circles away and keeps his distance.
DeNiro throws a body punch but Ico moves out of range.
DeNiro ducks under a wild hook from Ico.
Ico lands a nice hook to DeNiro's body. DeNiro takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Oooooh!!! Ico has knocked DeNiro down with a huge combo! Ico steps away and waves a wobbly DeNiro back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
DeNiro looks gassed!
Ico swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ico is looking to wear down DeNiro with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Ico cracks DeNiro with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! DeNiro looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Ico finish him?

DeNiro is rocked!
Ico steps in with a hook that catches DeNiro right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Ico follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! DeNiro looks absolutely devastated.
