Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kern is defended easily by Hohs.
Hohs throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kern tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hohs is in Kern's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hohs gets to his feet - Kern follows without any prompting.
Hohs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hohs showed some decent athleticism there.
Hohs passes into side control, despite Kern's attempt to control the position.
Kern tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Hohs tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Kern tries to bench press Hohs off him but Hohs keeps the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kern seems a little lost for a moment, as Hohs dominates the positioning.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kern bucks up and tries to throw Hohs off but instead Hohs has got his back!

Kern looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Kern is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
