Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Kazansky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazansky is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Danger Zone. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tyson Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tom Kazansky!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kazansky gets the takedown into side control.
Lee is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Kazansky goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Lee has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kazansky but great work by Lee.
Kazansky can't do much from the bottom here.
Kazansky gets back to half guard.

Lee looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Kazansky regains full guard. Nicely done.

Kazansky escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kazansky is looking for a triangle but Lee pushes his legs off easily.

Kazansky has his foot on Lee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lee works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Lee tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
Kazansky is trying to reverse the position but instead Lee has taken his back - oops!

Kazansky manages to reverse the position and now he's in Lee's guard. Nice work there by Kazansky.

Lee escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kazansky gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Lee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kazansky can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tyson Lee will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kazansky shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Kazansky keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kazansky keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lee keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Lee pushes Kazansky up against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kazansky prevents Lee from breaking the clinch.
Kazansky jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Kazansky gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Tyson Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tom Kazansky.
Kazansky moves out of range as Lee throws a body kick.
Kazansky moves forwards but Lee connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Kazansky fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kazansky is breathing heavily.
Lee throws a body kick that misses.
Lee throws a head kick that Kazansky semi-blocks.
Kazansky shoots in but Lee avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Lee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kazansky wants to stand up but Lee is controlling him.

Kazansky is pulling down on Lee's head. It's preventing any offense from Lee, at least for the moment.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Lee closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lee lands in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lee throwing strikes but missing.
Kazansky is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lee is controlling him.

Lee drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lee jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyson Lee dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kazansky shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Lee connects with a stiff jab that staggers Kazansky - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Tyson Lee!
