The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nesytov connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
It looks like David Summers has been cut.
Summers is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Nesytov's half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Summers is working for a submission of some sort.
Summers is looking for a kimura but Nesytov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Summers to get the leverage.
Nesytov is trying to stand up here but Summers is controlling him well.
Summers seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nesytov does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
