Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yamato Damashii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lotus Tinkle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tinkle has chosen Jungle Jam as his entrance music. Yamato Damashii has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Damashii makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

It looks like Yamato Damashii has been cut.

Damashii shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Tinkle avoids a strike by Damashii and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Damashii's guard! Fantastic escape!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Damashii avoids the attempt from Tinkle to control.

Tinkle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Damashii moves away.

and Tinkle counters with a crisp one two that drops Damashii! Tinkle thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Damashii to his feet! Damashii is in big trouble!

Tinkle might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

No joy there for Tinkle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Tinkle shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Tinkle uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Damashii.

Tinkle stalks Damashii and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Damashii's face. Damashii staggers backwards, shaken.
This has been an exciting period of action!
