Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Garare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Neil Samuelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jerry Garare! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Neil Samuelson! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Garare moves in looking to clinch but Samuelson pushes him off. Garare has managed to clinch.
Garare throws a knee to the head but misses.

Samuelson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Garare is looking to break free of the clinch but Samuelson has double underhooks. Samuelson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Garare regains guard immediately. Samuelson stands up and waves to Garare to follow him. Garare throws a big shot that misses. Garare tries to clinch there but Samuelson circles away.
Garare throws an overhand right that lands on Samuelson's shoulder, as Samuelson tries to avoid the shot. Garare throws a sloppy head kick and Samuelson moves out of range easily. Samuelson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Garare tries to clinch but Samuelson moves out of range. Samuelson keeps the fight on the outside. Garare shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Samuelson as he jumps to the side.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fight stays on the outside here - Garare looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Samuelson drives through with a takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Samuelson seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Samuelson's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Samuelson wants to pass the guard but Garare is keeping the position. Samuelson showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Samuelson postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Samuelson trying to control but Garare is working from the bottom. Samuelson passes Garare's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Garare is breathing heavily. Garare is defending against the submission attempts here by Samuelson.
Samuelson frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Garare is in all sorts of trouble here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Samuelson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Garare taking shots to the head. Samuelson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Samuelson lands with some strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Garare in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Samuelson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Garare looks a forlorn figure.
Samuelson raining down shots from the mount! Garare knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Samuelson on the ground. Garare is desperately trying to improve his position but Samuelson has a good base and remains in mount. Garare is squirming around, avoiding Samuelson's attempts to control the action. Samuelson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Samuelson looking to secure an arm triangle but Garare defends it well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Garare avoids a series of strikes thrown by Samuelson.
Samuelson is landing with some decent strikes but Garare is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Samuelson looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Samuelson lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Samuelson lands with some strikes. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Samuelson looking to finish Garare with some ground and pound. This is bad for Garare! Samuelson looking for a guillotine from mount but Garare is having none of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Samuelson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Garare is looking to escape. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Neil Samuelson dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Garare tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Samuelson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Garare connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Garare misses with a takedown attempt and Samuelson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Garare won't be happy with that. Samuelson is putting a hurting on Garare here, landing some big shots from side control.
Garare is rocked! Samuelson grinds an elbow into Garare's temple. Oh Garare is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Samuelson in side control lands a decent elbow. Samuelson in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Garare looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Samuelson turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
